medcom.id, Jakarta: Golkar politician Setya novanto will not fulfill second summon from Attorney General's Office (AGO) today. AGO wants to examine Novanto for allegation that he asked shares to PT Freeport Indonesia.
Novanto's absence was confirmed by his lawyer, Maqdir Ismail. "Psychologically, he is still uncomfortable," said Maqdir by phone on Wednesday (1/20/2016).
Maqdir cannot confirm when Novanto will fulfill call from AGO. He said Nvanto does not have obligation to fulfill the request.
Another Novanto's lawyer, Firman Wijaya, indicated Novanto will come to AGO if political condition is conducive.
AGO has summoned Novanto for the second time. The first summon was given last week.
