Authorities to Move Ahok's Trial Venue

medcom.id, Jakarta: The authorities will move the venue of the trial of Jakarta Governor Basuki  Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok).
 
"We should find new venue," Jakarta Metro Police deputy chief Brigadier General Suntana said on Friday (12/16).
 
Previously, the North Jakarta District Court staged the trial in Gajah Mada area. However, the trial created traffic congestion in the area. 

"We will check several alternative venues," he continued.
 
The alternative venues are Jakarta International Expo, Cibubur Camping Ground and Ragunan.
 
"We will suggest comfortable venues. The North Jakarta District Court will make decision," he stated.
