medcom.id, Jakarta: President Joko Widodo has nominated National Police deputy chief Comr. Gen. Budi Gunawan as State Intelligence Agency (BIN) chief to the House of Representatives.
State Secretary Minister Pratikno submitted the recommendation letter to the House this morning.
"I delivered letter from President to House Speaker," said Pratikno at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Friday (9/2/2016).
House Speaker Ade Komarudin said he will process the letter soon. It will be discussed at the leadership meeting next week.
"It will be processed according to the regulations," the Golkar politician stated.
"Every factions have good relationship with Budi Gunawan. I think we will not face any challenges," he concluded.
