medcom.id, Jakarta: The House of Representatives criticized the presence of state officials to Tolikara, Papua, who arrived simultaneously. They were considered too much for the people.

According to the member of Commission I from PDIP, Retired Major General TB Hasanuddin, their presence showed different understandings between each ministry related to the riot in Tolikara, Papua. Moreover, there is a possibility that there were no coordinations between the ministries.

"For example, last Saturday, National Police Chief came, then Sunday there was the envoy of Religious Ministry, Monday there was the Social Minister and this Tuesday there was the Interior Minister. It shows no coordination," explained TB Hasanuddin, Tuesday (7/21/2015).

Aside from that, he said, their presence there bore the people in Papua. According to the politician, if the government was serious in resolving the case, they should have coordinated together or establish a joint team for coordination.

"Their arrivals in partial have created problems in the region and bore the people. Therefore, it is better to be handled thoroughly and seriously by a larger team," he stated.

As informed, the riot broke in Karubaga, Tolikara Regency, Papua, Friday July 17, 2015. The incident occurred when muslim citizens were conducting Eid al-Fitr prayer at the Military Command Headquarters' yard.
