medcom.id,Jakarta: Former House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker Setya Novanto still refuses to come to Attorney General's Office (AGO) although he has been summoned two times. AGO's junior attorney general for special crime, Arminsyah, mentioned his agency is preparing the third summon for Novanto.
Armin mentioned his agency is still considering the time for the third summon. "Regarding the time, we will discuss it later," mentioned Armin in his office, Jakarta, Wednesday (1/20/2016).
Armin said Novanto did not give reason or explanation for his absence. "None for both summons until now, there were no explanations from him or his lawyers," said Armin.
He ensured that AGO will continue to investigate allegation that Novanto asked shares to PT Freeport Indonesia.
"Even though we do not get his explanation, we should still be firm," he concluded.
