Police Tightened Security in French Embassy

medcom.id, Jakarta: Police tightens security in French Embassy in Indonesia. The security tightened after series of attacks in Paris, France.
 
"We double security in French Embassy including consulates in provinces," said National Police Public Relations Division Head Inspector General Anton Charliyan during inaugurutaion ceremony of Jakarta Metro Police Media Centre in Jakarta Metro Police headquarter, Monday (11/16/2015).
 
Besides French Embassy, Anton said, police will hold extra security if there is request from other embassies.

"As long as we receive request, we will fulfill it. But if we dont receive request, their internal security will protect each locations. Every embassy has sophisticated internal security," said Anton.
 
Anton also said police also increase security for intelligence in the field. Intelligence is the first official that could detect threat. "Terrorism problem starts from intelligence database," he said.
