Jenny Y.L. Ho or Jenny is a Patient Ambassador at DSH2 who brings international patient information from the patient's homeland. She is one the 'front bullet' point to patient's experiences in DHS2.
 
Jenny will give the international patients medical advice, pre-departure arrangement including cost specialist recommendation, appointment arrangement, estimation, admission arrangement, etc, transportation arrangement, visa extension medical evacuation service, cashless services with international insurance and Third Party Administrator (TPA), money changer (when required), also being as a translator of 4 languages (when required), including Hokkien and Thai languange.
