medcom.id, Jakarta: Water is important for the body. It is crucial for almost all body systems. An adult should drink at least eight glasses of water per day.
 
These are signs of dehydration:
 
1. High resting pulse
Dehydration can cause higher heart rate.

2. Spleey
Dehidration can obstruct concentration.
 
3. Dry mouth
Dehydratuon can make skin more dry 
 
4. Constipation
Dehydration can disturb the digestive system.
 
5. Dark urine color
Maintain light urine color.
