1. Between 21.00-23.00
 
If you are awake at this time, it means that your body is too stressed. 

2. Between 23.00-01.00
 
This is the time when the gall bladder breaks fat. If you are awake at this time, you may store too much bad fat. 
 
3. Between 01.00-03.00
 
It is the time for body detoxification. The liver detroys toxic subtances and releases fresh blood.
 
4. Between 03.00-05.00
 
This is the time when the body obtains large amount of oxygen. Therefore, ensure your body stays warm to maximize the effect.
 
5. Between 05.00-07.00
 
This is the time your body excretes poison. Bad eating habits or eating late could make you awake during this time.
