medcom.id, Jakarta: Peter F Gontha, the founder of Java Jazz Festival (JJF), confirmed Sting will play in JJF 2016. Previously, report emerged that Sting will cancel his visit to Indonesia.
The good news was revealed by Peter through his twitter account.
"Good news for Java Jazz 2016, Sting and Chris Botti have just reconfirmed!! Indonesia should not be taken lightly!" tweeted Peter on Wednesday (1/27/2016)
Previously in a press conference on Tuesday (1/26/2016), sting was not mentioned in the artist line-ups. It is predicted Sting will perform in special show stage along with David Foster and Robin Thicke.
JJF 2016 will be held on March 4,5 and 6, 2016, in JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
