medcom.id, Jakarta: Aside from being known as an actor, Dennis Adishwara also took part in film-making. At the upcoming Popcon Asia 2015 festival, he is to release a short horror movie.
The movie applies the virtual reality (VR) technology, as Dennis claimed would be the first VR movie launched in Indonesia.
"The audience watching with be provided with a special googles. So, the ghosts would not be seen from the front side, but from every direction," he explained when met at Kebayoran Baru area, Thursday (7/30/2015).
Dennis added that the movie had just been finished. In the making, he had utilized a 360 degrees GoPro cameras.
"The camera is borrowed from a friend. After the movie is introduced at the Popcon Asia festival, we have planned to release it in a cardboard version," he concluded.
Popcon Asia or Popular Culture Convention is the largest festival in Asia for creative industry content, especially comics, toys, movies and animations from local and international creators.
In 2015, Popcon will be held for the fourth time, on August 7-9, 2015, at the Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan, Jakarta. (EPS)
