Here are tips for overweight people who want to try yoga:
 
1. Build self confidence
Make friends with other students.

2. Move slowly
Slower movement could increase strength and flexibilty.
 
3. Avoid injuries
Do not push the body too hard.
 
4. Use tools
Prepare tools such as bolsters and back bending benches.
 
5. Search the most suitable trainer
Maintain good relationship with the trainer.
