medcom.id, Jakarta: Noah collaborated with Iwan Fals in the latter's latest album titled Satu. Noah's frontman Ariel admitted he gained new experience from the collaboration with the legendary singer.
"We got new knowledge from this project," said Ariel during press conference in Jakarta, Wednesday (5/11/2016).
He stated that Noah and Iwan Fals have different background. "We are from different generation in terms of music. Bang (Older Brother) Iwan's generation are pure musicians while our generation are heavily influenced by the industry," he explained.
"We usually need systematic preparation while Bang Iwan is more direct," he added.
Noah and Iwan Fals rearranged Iwan's classic hit, Yang Terlupakan. They also collaborated in creating a new song titled Para Penerka.
"In Para Penerka, we made the lyrics together. We picked Para Penerka after discussion," said Iwan Fals.
Aside from Noah, Iwan Fals also collaborated with Nidji, D'Masiv and Geisha.
