Psychologist Elizabeth Santoso mentioned that stress in children can be triggered by many things. one of them is unfriendly atmosphere at home.
"If the parents are always not happy, don't expect the children to be happy," said Elizabeth in Metro TV recently.
She added stress in children can also be triggered by lack of activities. There are ways to trigger happy hormones in your children.
"To increase their self confidence, give them hugs. To increase dopamine and endorphin, give them challenges," she mentioned.
"Little wins are often enough to make your children happy," she concluded.
