These are several tips for holiday goers:
 
1. Do not eat late
Prepare healthy snacks such as peanuts and seeds.

2. Drink water
Avoid sweet beverages like soft drinks.
 
3. Consume vitamin
vitamin B complex and vitamin C could reduce stress. 
 
4. Do outdoor activities
Fresh air could stimulate the brain.
 
5. Have enough rest
You could refuse invitations occasionally.
