Consuming food with high proteins, such as eggs and milk, may reduce the desire to eat fast food.
 
3. Fruits
 
If you're feeling hungry, distract your attention from fast food by consuming fruits. 
 
4. Try new foods
 
There is nothing wrong to try new food to avoid fast food.
 
5. Commitment
 
Strengthen your commitment to live a healthier life. 
 
6. Reduce stress
 
Stress and fatigue are factors that trigger hunger. Many stressed people rely on fast food to get food quickly.
 
7. Consume healthy fat
