If you are on a diet, you surely have to avoid these foods:
 
1. Frozen foods
Frozen foods contain a lot of calories. However, they don't make the stomach feel full.

2. Snacks with a lot of carbohydrates.
Crackers, biscuits, cereals, breads and rice cakes are snacks that contain a lot of carbohydrates.
 
3. Drinks with artificial sweetener 
These kind of drinks will make you feel addicted. You have to avoid diet soda.
 
4. Low fat foods
Some low fat foods contain a lot of sugar. You can get healthy fat from avocado and olive oil.
