medcom.id, Jakarta: Raisa won six awards at the Indonesian Music Awards (AMI) 2016 in Jakarta on Wednesday (9/28) evening.
Raisa won Best Pop Album and Best Album for Handmade. She also won Best Female Pop Solo Artist, Best Pop Collaboration Artist, Best Collaboration Production Work and Best Production Work.
Handmade is her first album as indie artist. She dedicated her victory to her family, management and fans.
Meanwhile, legendary guitarist Ireng Maulana and legendary singer Titiek Puspa won Legend Awards and Lifetime Achievement Awards respectively.
Artists from major and indie labels performed in the ceremony, including Noah, Barasuara, Raisa, Gita Gutawa and Isyana Sarasvati.
