4 Tips to Avoid Children from Obesity

medcom.id, Jakarta: Obesity is not only an issue for adults, but aldo children. Obesity can make children less confident and less active. 
 
Here are tips to avoid children from obesity:
 
1. Do exercise routinely. For example, two times a week. Choose fun exercises such as swimming or football.

2. Make an deal with your children. Allow them to play video games, as long as they do exercise routinely.
 

3. Most children prefer to do exercise with their friends. You can persuade your children to join sport clubs. However, make sure yur children love the idea.
 

4. Inform them about the benfits of healthy body. Therefore, children will have motivation to preserve it.
