medcom.id, Jakarta: One out of five workers said they will change job to earn better facilities. Meanwhile, two out of five said they will resign within two years.
The survey presented by Willis Towers Watson consulting company during event organized by L'Oreal in Jakarta, recently.
Human resources expert from Willis Towers Watson, Lilis Halim, explained that most respondent wanted better welfare. Most dominant factors influencing decision to change job are salary and career opportunity.
Besides that, the company's training program is also important issue. Other factors are the company's reputation, health benefit and the company's vision.
"For people over 30, training program is not that attractive. 39 percent of Indonesian workers are the Y generation (21-36 years old) at around 80-90 million people. The character of the Y generation is group oriented, idealist and curious," she concluded.
