"They should drink enough water," said gynecologist Febriansyah Darus during a talk show in Jakarta not long ago.
"They should drink before, during and after exercise," he continued.
Pregnant women should not do exercise when they have health problems such as spotting and bleeding.
"It will threaten the mother and the child," he stated.
