Indonesian Heart Association (IHA) chairman dr. Ismoyo Sunu said heart patients should carefully choose their exercise.
"Choose the most suitable exercise," he said during a public discussion in Jakarta last week.
Ismoyo mentioned walking is the best exercise for heart patients. He suggested them to walk for 30 minutes three days a week.
However, heart patients should take cautions. They should consult their doctors and take medications regularly. They also should implement healthy life.
