If you are new in this sport, you should consider these tips before joining a running competition.
"First, you should understand the type of the competition," said national running coach Agung Mulyawan recently.
He advised to start with conservative speed and distance and then increase the speed by 10 percent each week.
Besides that, you should also practice your flexibility and body coordination. "The best time to practice is in the afternoon," he concluded.
