medcom.id, Jakarta: Jember Regency in East Java have various tourist attractions. Jember Administration has taken several measures to improve tourist destinations in the region.
"We have many types of tourism including nature tourism and culture tourism," Said Jember Tourism Agency Head Sandy Suwardi here, Saturday (5/29/2016).
"There are three main attractions in Jember namely coffee and cocoa plantations, beautiful natures such as beaches and waterfalls and art events," he continued.
Sandy mentioned that Jember aims to be national tourist destination in 2017. "We hope that more local tourists visit the region," he added.
Jember is also ready to welcome foreign tourists. "We have had several international standard hotels, so we are ready to receive foreign visitors," he concluded.
