Inndonesian chef Ririn Marinka mentioned that food truck business is not suitable in Jakarta. It is diffculut to find large number of pedestrians in the city.
"In Jakarta, most people drive not walk," she told Metrotvnews.com recenty.
The air in the city is also heavily polluted. It is not wise to sell foods in the road side. Ririn advised to open food truck business in the areas witth cleaner environment.
