However, these foods actually could ruin your diet:
 
1. Salad dressing
Salad dressing actually has a lot of calories. you could replace salad dressing with olive oil.

2. Margarine
Margarine contains trans fatty acids which could trigger many diseases. 
 
3. Pancake syrup
Pancake syrup has a lot of sugar.  You could replace pancake syrup with maple syrup.
 
4. Granola bars
Granola bars contains sweeteners, additives and simple carbohydrates. You could replace granola bars with fruits.
