When is the Best Time to Visit Sumba Island?

medcom.id, Jakarta: Sumba Island in West Nusa Tenggara has become popular tourist destination among foreign tourists.
 
West Sumba Regent Agustinus Niga Dapawel advised tourists to visit Sumba Island during dry season. so, their vacations will not be destroyed by rain.
 
"July is the best time for surfing. The weather is very good now," he said at the Ministry of Tourism's office, Jakarta, on Monday (7/18/2016).

Besides beautiful beaches, the island also has dazzling waterfalls including Lapopu waterfall.
 
Agustinus added that thousands of foreign tourists visit the island every year. Most of them are from Singapore, Japan and France.
