Chocolate Milk, The Best Drink for After Exercise

medcom.id, Jakarta: Milk is considered as important drink for health. Nutritionist, Emilia Achmadi, said that milk is beneficial for the body.
 
"Chocolate milk is the best drink for after exercise. It has elements that can revitalize the muscle," she explained to Metrotvnews.com, recently.
 
"It also has lots of calcium and low in sodium as well as sugar to replace the missing energy," she continued.

she added that chocolate milk also has high water content which can prevent dehydration.
 
Besides chocolate milk, Emilia mentioned that fresh milk is also beneficial for the body. She advised to drink fresh milk before and after sleep.
