medcom.id, Jakarta: Taiwan is quite popular for its food products. One of them is smoked saury fish.
"You can eat it without cooking," said a Taiwanese official named Chun Ying Tsai during the Food Ingredients Asia 2016 exhibition in Jakarta this week.
Smoked saury fish can be mixed rice and noodle. It can also be served with red bean soup.
Saury fish is also known in Japan. however, the Japanese people call it Sanma fish.
"We have halal certificate. We hope Indonesian people like this product," he continued.
