Jakarta: President Joko Widodo today introduced the Board of Directors of the Investment Authority (LPI), the country's sovereign wealth fund (SWF).
The Board of Directors consists of five members. Former Permata Bank CEO Ridha Wirahadikusumah is the inaugural INA CEO. The other members of the Board of Directors are Arif Budiman, Stefanus Ade Hadijaja, Marita Alisjahbana and Eddy Porwanto.
"I want to introduce Bapak Ridha Wirahadikusumas as LPI CEO. He has a lot of experience. He previously worked as a senior executive in several banking, finance and investment firms," President Jokowi said during a ceremony at the Presidential Palace Complex here on Monday.
"Bapak Arif Budiman is the Vice CEO," the President stated.
Last month, the former Jakarta governor inaugurated five members of the Board of Supervisors of the newly created institution.
As the representatives of the government, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati was appointed as the chairman of the Board, while State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Erick Thohir was picked as one of the members of the board.
Meanwhile, the remaining 3 members are independent supervisors, namely Darwin Cyril Noerhadi, Yozua Makes, and Haryanto Sahari.
