Jakarta: The extraordinary general meeting of shareholdres (RUPSLB) decided to replace PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) president director. Dana Amin was appointed to lead the state-owned mining company.
Dana replaced Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo. He previously served as the operation director of state port operator PT Pelindo II.
RUPSLB also appointed Anton Herdianto as PT Antam's finance director. He previously worked as the senior executive vice president finance of mining holding company PT Inalum.
Moreover, Agus Surya Bakti replaced Fachrul Razi as PT Antam's president commisioner. The latter was recently appointed as the miniser of religious affairs in the Indonesia Onward Cabinet.
"The new leadership of Antam is committed to accelerate the company's downstream projects," the company said in a press release issued on Thursday, December 19, 2019.
