medcom.id, Jakarta: According to Bloomberg, rupiah opened at Rp13,479 per United States (US) dollar, lower than its previous position at Rp13,508/USD.
Rupiah then strengthened 75.5 points or 0.56 percent to Rp13,433/USD. The currency moved between Rp13,432-Rp13,500/USD.
Menahwile Yahoo Finance showed rupiah strengthened 70 points or 0.52 percent to Rp13,425/USD.
Samuel Sekuritas analyst Rangga Cipta predicted rupiah will rebound today. "Last week, positive sentiment from BI rate cut cannot boost the market," he said
