That means the company's oil and gas production will rise by 8.1 percent compared to 2015.
Pertamina upstream director Syamsu Alam stated the company's oil production is predicted to increase from 278 thousand barrels per day last year to 313 thousand barrels per day in the end of the year.

"Pertamina commits to improve national energy resilience," said Syamsu while visiting Banyu Urip oil field in Cepu, Bojonoegoro, on Friday (7/22/2016).
Previously, Pertamina recorded its oil and gas production in the first semester of 2016 reached 640 thousand boepd. It increased by 12.5 percent compared to the same period last year.
