medcom.id, Jakarta: President Joko Widodo mentioned that 139 national strategic projects are still in the planning phase. In the beginning of this year, the government announced 225 strategic projects spread in all provinces.
"From 225 projects, 139 projects are still in planning phase," said Jokowi during cabinet meeting in Jakarta on Monday (6/6/2016).
The remaining 86 projects have entered construction phase. Jokowi ordered his ministers to monitor the projects carefully.
"We should focus so the projects will be completed smoothly," he continued.
The 225 projects cover 13 sectors including transportation, energy, agriculture and tourism.
