medcom.id, Jakarta: Bank Indonesia (BI) recorded that the Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR) reached Rp13,349 per dollar on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
JISDOR depreciated six points today. It depreciated eight points on the previous day.
Samuel Sekuritas analyst Rangga Cipta mentioned that Indonesia recently experienced several negative sentiments.
"We have low growth forecast and political uncertainty," he stated.
Meanwhile, the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased 33.06 points or 0.62 percent to 5,327.16 points today.
