medcom.id, Jakarta: Bank Indonesia has predicted that inflation will reach around 0.69 percent this January.
"It will be around 0.69 percent," Bank Indonesia Economic and Monetary Policy Department Executive Director Juda Agung said here on Friday.
"It will be influenced by rising vehicle administration fees and electricity tariffs," he continued.
He mentioned that vehicle administration fees will contribute around 0.24 percent. He added that electricity tariffs will contribute around 0.1 percent.
Inflation reached 0.51 percent in January 2016. Indonesia experienced deflation in January 2015.
