medcom.id, Jakarta: The Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR) depreciated to Rp13,103 per USD on Friday (11/4).
The central bank's foreign exchange reference rate reached Rp13,050 per USD on Thursday (11/3) and Rp13,058 per USD on Wednesday (11/2).
In the other hand, Bloomberg showed the rupiah strengthened by seven points or 0.05 percent to Rp13,068 per USD today.
Meanwhile, the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased by 33.158 points or 0.622 percent to 5,362 on today. The LQ45 index increased by 6.12 points or 0.67 percent to 913 and the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) rose by 4 points or 0.56 percent to 714.
A mass protest in Jakarta today did not affect the index. The demonstration remained peaceful until the end of the session.
