Govt Records Tax Revenue of Rp601 Trillion in January-July 2017

medcom.id, Jakarta: The Finance Ministry Tax Directorate General reported the country's tax revenue reached Rp601.1 trillion in January-July 2017.
 
"The country's tax revenue grew 12.4 percent year-on-year," the Finance Ministry Tax Directorate General tax revenue and compliance director Yon Arsal said.
 
The non-oil and gas tax revenue reached Rp336 trillion in the period. It grew 8.7 percent year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the value added tax revenue reached Rp228.7 trillion in the period. It grew 13.4 percent year-on year.
 
Previously, the tax revenue target was revised to Rp1,472 trillion in the 2017 state budget amendment. It was set at Rp1,489 trillion in the 2017 state budget.
