Quoting Bloomberg, Tuesday (1/26/2016) afternoon rupiah was at Rp13,901/USD. While Yahoo Finance showed rupiah at Rp13,900/USD. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (Jisdor) today recorded the currency at RP13,904/USD.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) strengthened in the closing session after it momentarily weakened in the morning.
JCI on Tuesday (1/26/2016) this afternoon rose 4.68 points or 0.1 percent to 4,510. Meanwhile, LQ45 fell 3.15 points to 782 and JII fell 0.46 point to 594.
Manufacture sector recorded the highest increase today with 45.8 points.
Moreover, trade volume reached 2.2 billion shares worth Rp3.1 trillion. 100 stocks increased, 175 stocks decreased and 93 stocks unchanged.
