medcom.id, Jakarta: Rupiah was at Rp13,239 per United States (US) dollar on Thursday (3/31/2016) at 3.59 PM Western Indonesia Time according to Bloomberg data.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed rupiah at Rp13,230/USD at 4.14 PM Western Indonesia Time. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR) recorded the currency at Rp13,276/USD.
Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today strengthened 28.72 points or 0.6 percent to 4,485 . LQ45 index rose 4.86 points to 840 while Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) rose 2.02 points to 652.
All sectors were in the green zone today except for infrastructure and mining sectors. The highest increase recorded by agriculture sector with 60.87 points.
Trade volume today reached 5.08 billion hares worth Rp5.3 trillion. 154 stocks increased, 166 stocks decreased and 88 stocks unchanged.
