medcom.id, Jakarta: Rupiah was at Rp13,256 per United States (US) dollar on Wednesday (3/30/2016) at 3.59 PM Western Indonesia Time according to Bloomberg data.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed rupiah at Rp13,240/USD at 4.33 PM Western Indonesia Time. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR) recorded the currency at Rp13,359/USD.
Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) today rose 35.35 points or 0.74 percent to 4,816. LQ45 index rose 6.17 points while Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) increased 5.67 points.
All sectors were in the green zone except for property sector which fell 1.90 points. The highest rise was recorded by agriculture sector with 30.43 points.
Trade volume today reached 3.8 billion shares worth 5.53 trillion. 207 stocks increased, 112 stocks decreased and 101 stocks unchanged.
