Govt to Control 3 Food Prices

medcom.id, Semarang: The Trade Ministry has prepared to control sugar, cooking oil and frozen meat prices to maintain inflation movements.
 
Sugar must be sold below Rp12,500 per kilogram. Cooking oil must be sold below Rp11,000 per kilogram. Meanwhile, frozen meat must be sold below Rp80,000 per kilogram.
 
The policy will be started on April 10. The policy will be reviewed at the end of the year.

"We will invite producers next week," Trade Minister Enggartiasto Lukita said here on Friday.
 
"We will explain about the policy," he mentioned.
 
Indonesia's inflation reached 0.23 percent last month. The country's inflation reached 0.97 percent in the previous month.
