RI Visited by 1.99 Million Foreign Tourists in Jan-Feb 2017

medcom.id, Jakarta: The Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded 1.99 million foreign tourists in January-February 2017.
 
BPS recorded 1,032,930 foreign tourists in January 2017. BPS recorded 957,583 foreign tourists in February 2017.
 
"In January, we had New Year holiday and Chinese New Year Holiday," BPS said in Jakarta on Monday.

As many as 710,687 foreign tourists entered through Ngurah Rai Airport. As many as 317,820 foreign tourists entered through Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
 
Around 21.31 percent of foreign tourists came from China. Around 10.60 percent of foreign tourists came from Australia.
