medcom.id, Jakarta: Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs Rizal Ramli met with delegation of French maritime business people who are members of Cluster Maritime France (CMF).
Rizal explained the French investors conveyed their interest to invest in Indonesia's maritime sector. As a follow-up, a meeting between French and Indonesian business people is scheduled next October.
"There will be workshop between French and Indonesian maritime companies," mentioned Rizal after the meeting at his office, Jakarta, Monday (3/14/2016).
Besides maritime sector, French investors are also interested to invest in energy sector. Rizal said the investors see Indonesia's commitment to be global maritime fulcrum.
"They are interested to cooperate in maritime, energy and technology sector. They see our government is serious in developing the country to be global maritime fulcrum. Relations between Indonesia and France could be mutually beneficial," he concluded.
