medcom.id, Jakarta: The Indonesian government is still committed to continue Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA) negotiation.
However, Minister of Trade Thomas Trikasih Lembong admitted the negotiation could face delay due to the posibble withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) from the EU.
"Europe currently is busy with Brexit, maybe it could be a little bit delayed," he said at the Coordinating Ministry of Economy's office, Jakarta, on Thursday (6/30/2016).
Lembong underlined both sides are still committed with the negotiation. He revealed that the government has prepared team for the formal negotiation.
"We are very serious with IEU-CEPA. They are also serious," he concluded.
