Indonesia's Inflation Rate Reaches 0.69% in June

medcom.id, Jakarta: Indonesia's Central Statictics Agency (BPS) recorded the country's inflation rate reached 0.69 percent in June 2017.
 
"Year-to-datee inflation rate reached 2.38 percent," BPS head Suhariyanto said.
 
"Year-on-year inflation rate reached 4.37 percent," he added.

The inflation rate was mainly influenced by transportation prices. Transportation, communication and finance prices increased by 1.27 percent last month.
 
The inflation rate was also influenced by fuel prices. Housing, water, gas, electricity and fuel prices increased by 0.75 percent last month.
