medcom.id, Jakarta: According to Bloomberg, rupiah at Rp13,437 per United States (US) dollar on Monday (2/22/2016) afternoon, higher than its position in the morning at Rp13,479/USD.
Meanwhile, Yahoo Finance showed rupiah at Rp13,424/USD. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (Jisdor) recorded the currency at Rp13,460/USD.
Previously, Samuel Sekuritas analyst Rangga Cipta predicted rupiah experiences rebound today. "Last week, positive sentiment from BI rate cut cannot boost the market," he said.
Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) also strengthened today to 4,708.
