medcom.id, Jakarta: Rupiah failed to stay in green this morning. Quoting Bloomberg data, Wednesday (12/30/2015) rupiah weakened 92.3 points or 0.67 percent to Rp13,790/USD.
Rupiah moved between Rp13,709-Rp13,796 with year to date return 11.32 percent.
Meanwhile, according Yahoo Finance data, rupiah weakened 95 point or 0.69 percent to Rp13,790.
NH Korindo Securities Indonesia's Head of Research Reza Priyambada mentioned that falling oil prices made US dollar strengthened against global currencies. Reza predicted rupiah must be cautious with US dollar's rise.
