medcom.id, Jakarta: Bank Indonesia (BI) Deputy Governor Irwan Riyanto said credit growth can reach seven percent this year.
"It can reach seven percent," he said in Jakarta on Tuesday (11/29).
He explained government spending will increase by the end of the year. The condition will boost private credit growth.
"It has reached around six percent," he stated.
Previously, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) revised down credit growth target from 10-11 percent to 7-8 percent.
