medcom.id, Jakarta: Coordinating Minister of Economy Darmin Nasution, Bank Indonesia (BI) Governor Agus Martowardojo and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani conducted a meeting at Sri Mulyani's office this morning.
After the meeting, Darmin told reporters they held the meeting to better coordinate monetary, fiscal and real economy sectors.
"Such meeting will be held regularly," he said at the Ministry of Finance headquarters, Jakarta, Friday (7/29/2016).
He mentioned that they are still formulating the format of the meeting. According to him, the meeting will be held at least once every month.
"We will take turn. Next meeting might be held at the BI headquarters," he stated.
Meanwhile, Agus believes such meeting will boost confidence in the market. It will also give positive effects to economic development.
